By accessing our website or booking and using the taxi and transportation services provided by Nityaleela Travels, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or using our services.

Booking & Confirmation

Customers can make bookings through our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Nityaleela Travels. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, time, passenger count, and contact details. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the availability or delivery of the requested service.

Fares & Payments

Taxi fares are based on the details of the journey and the vehicle selected at the time of booking. The final amount may vary where additional charges apply, such as tolls, parking fees, permits, waiting charges, extra stops, route changes, or other applicable expenses. Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment terms. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Cancellation & Changes

Customers may request cancellation or changes to their booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellation charges, if applicable, may depend on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time and the specific booking conditions. Changes to the pickup location, destination, travel date, time, or vehicle are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Pickup, Delays & Waiting Time

Customers are requested to be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. We make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle issues, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Waiting charges may apply when the customer is not available at the agreed pickup time, depending on the booking terms.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and take reasonable care of the vehicle during the journey. Smoking, carrying illegal substances, damaging the vehicle, or engaging in unsafe or abusive behavior may result in termination of the journey without refund. Passengers are also responsible for ensuring that their luggage and personal belongings are safely kept with them. Nityaleela Travels will not be responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle after the journey.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to a booking or service when necessary due to vehicle availability, operational requirements, safety concerns, weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant change is required, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
